Nip here, tuck there

Meath Brand Identity

Even design classics can do with the occasional nip and tuck. The visual identity we created for Meath is no exception. After a decade in service, the Meath logotype still looked fresh as a daisy, firmly embedding the ‘Celtic Swirl’ in the public imagination as the calling card of the Royal County. When a few other elements in the far-reaching identity we built around that logotype — colours, layout styles, and decorative patterns in particular — started ever so slightly to sag with advancing age, we took out the scalpels for a firming facelift. It’s still the classic Meath we know and love, but maybe just that bit younger, more contemporary than before.
